To answer I’ll ask you back: Are you ready to take your health into your own hands? Are you opened to let go of old ways of thinking, of what you’ve seen on social media, of old diets and old programming? Are you ready to invest time and energy into yourself and do the work to feel your best?

At start there is often a lot of letting go required as we all believe that our diet is quite healthy, but somehow, we end up with low energy, disturbed sleep, a muffin top, indigestion and inflammation in our body. But now you are here! And if you are opened to take on a new adventure, I’m honoured to become your support and guide you through your journey. 
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” The main focus during your sessions is on resetting your taste buds, embracing a healthy lifestyle and creating and solidifying new habits, so you are set for life. 
 
To get you started, I’ll create a meal plan for 1 week to get an idea of what a specific menu tailored to your goals can look like. This will include different breakfasts, brunches, smoothies, salads, snacks and dinners. You’ll also receive a collection of recipes for raw and cooked meals and treats, so you can keep rotating different flavours and create your own menus too. 
You don’t need to be a chef, but some basic kitchen skills will make your life easier for sure. 
 
All the recipe ideas you’ll get need between 5 – 20 min preparation and they are mostly veggies, spices and beans put together, as I like to keep it simple. Or blended smoothies, smoothie bowls and salad dressings based on nuts/ seeds, veggies and spices. 
I believe your body gets the best nutrition from plant foods and superfoods which are in their natural form, as grown in nature. However, especially at times of bigger stress and if your gut is compromised, it’s important to build the ability to digest and absorb food as soon as possible, so you enjoy all the benefits of your new diet. 
 
That’s why I often recommend including the highest quality raw organic solar dehydrated superfoods to support detoxification, repair and optimal function of your gut. 
 
In addition to that, if following 100% plant-based diet, vitamin B12 is mandatory plus some others like vit. D and plant-based omega 3s are often required. 
 
The main focus however, is always on food as the source of nutrients and energy to give you optimum health. 
All the meals and diet tweaks we use during our coaching will be based on introducing more unprocessed plant foods into your diet, so you start improving your symptoms and thrive. That’s why I’ll encourage you to eat as many fruits, veggies and other plants as possible. 
 
However, it’s important for me, to meet you where you are at and if you wish to keep some animal foods in your diet in addition to that, it’s your personal choice which I’ll respect.

I’ve been helping others to fall in love with healing fruits and vegetables for decades. My background in nursing and sports training, love for animals and nature led me towards my profession as a nutritionist. Through healing and high vibration foods I help people to detoxify and find a loving relationship with food and themselves. In the process we tackle inflammation, pain, hormonal imbalance, cravings, weight issues and so much more. I believe in the inner wisdom of our body and that once you create ideal conditions through your diet and lifestyle, your body has no choice but to vibrate with energy, release any extra pounds and heal. Life is about enjoying every moment as a gift. And it’s so much easier to do so, when you are filled with pleasure, free from pain, dieting and feeling of deprivation.
