Do you sometimes feel that never mind what you eat, you can’t beat your genes? That it’s enough just to look at food and the weight starts piling up… Or perhaps you may feel frustrated with different diets promising you a new wardrobe but your clothes are still a size or two too big.
When we are on a weight loss crusade, it’s easy to give into the notion that results will come fast. Well, at least that’s what we usually wish for…
Then if this doesn’t happen, we may start feeling trapped in our body, powerless, believing that food is our enemy and there is no hope.
But nothing is further from the truth! Food is here to make you feel good, healthy and beautiful! It’s supposed to give you pleasure without guilt and a dirty conscience. And if this isn’t how you feel today, chances are what you eat, doesn’t deliver what your body needs – nutrients, healthy energy, great taste and satisfaction. It may tick a few boxes but not all at once.
The great news is you can learn healthy eating habits the same way you learned to like what you eat today. Don’t forget that you didn’t come into this world loving ice cream and cheese! Your adventurous self, parents and circumstances created opportunities so you tried different things, from which some became your favourites.
But the old habits can be replaced by new ones which serve you better. You have the power to train your brain, taste buds and your body to love the healthiest foods there are, so you reach your ideal healthy weight. By all means we’ll still stay realistic and since the extra pounds didn’t appear overnight, we won’t look for miracles. Instead we’ll take one meal, one snack at a time, and the same way the pounds came up, they’ll melt away. Slowly, steadily, we’ll transform the way you think about food and create new healthy eating habits you can stick to.

How fast can you see any results?
We’ll aim for 1 pound (0.5 kg) of FAT loss per week. The key is however for you to understand the concept of healthy eating and what foods will help you lose weight and keep it off without triggering cravings or leaving you hungry.
To grasp this approach 100%, you may need an initial and two follow up sessions. With various work sheets, bonus materials, follow up emails and calls, this stretches over a period of 8 to 10 weeks, long enough for you to feel the weight shifting.
